This week’s speaker is Frank Riley, who is a Research Associate III with the John C. Stennis Institute of Government and Community Development at Mississippi State University.
He received a B.S. in Human Development from Vanderbilt University in 1994 and an M.B.A. from Millsaps College in 2000. As a Research Associate, Frank’s focus includes managing relationships with agencies, organizations, and branches of government during projects. Additionally, Frank is the partner representative with the Capitol Press Association and arranges forums on an as needed basis to hear from members of the policy community. He is also the Program Coordinator of the State Executive Development Institute, a week-long, graduate level course.
Frank serves as a member of the board of directors for Methodist Senior Services of Mississippi and the Central Mississippi Down Syndrome Society. An Eagle Scout, Frank is Committee Chair of Troop 15 in Madison, Mississippi. Previously, he served as Chair of both Leadership Madison County and Youth Leadership Madison County. In 2012 Frank was selected as a “Top 40 Under 40” by the Mississippi Business Journal.
